Q: Where is Unleash the Power Within being held this year?
A: UPW 2019 will be held at the ExCeL London – One Western Gateway, London, E16 1XL.

Q: Will Tony be there in person?
A: Absolutely! UPW is Tony's cornerstone event, and he is completely committed to being there for you as much as he needs to be to support your process!
Q: Is Tony on stage every day?
A: Tony is there to build you up to the firewalk on Day 1 and is there for the full Day 3 – the all-important Transformation Day. His Senior Head Trainer, Joseph McClendon III, takes you through days 2 & 4, the Success Conditioning & Energy days.
Q: Is it OK to bring children?
A: The Unleash the Power Within program contains frequent coarse, adult language and themes and it is recommended for attendees aged 16 years and over. Children aged between 13-16 years will be permitted on the provision that they have purchased a ticket and are always accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children below the age of 13 years will not be permitted into the event for any reason.
Q: Can I bring a bag into the venue?
A: Backpacks and luggage larger than 54cm x 38cm x 46cm will not be admitted into the main room – all restrictions are as per the space you have under your seat and bags larger than this may cause blockage and injury to your fellow attendees!

Q: What time is registration?
A: Everyone attending the event MUST register! Please allow up to 30 minutes for this process
- Registration - there are 2 x options for Registration -
- Pre-Registration: [We strongly recommend this to avoid large crowds]
- Wednesday 10th April 2019 - 16:00pm to 20:00pm
- Day 1 Registration: [please arrive early to secure the best seats]
- Thursday 11th April 2019 - 8:00am to 10:30am
The event doors open at 08:15am on Thursday 11th April. You may either register the night before or come on time to registration on Thursday and grab a good seat! Seating is unreserved so you can choose any seat within your ticket class. You can leave your belongings on your seat (this is at your own risk) and go grab a coffee or visit on of our booths where we have great offers on Tony's audio programmes!
Q: Where do I go to register when I arrive at the venue?
A: Go to the registration counter according to your ticket category, for example if you are a GOLD ticket holder then you will need to go to the GOLD Registration counter.
Our friendly Crew will be able to direct you through the various registration steps when you arrive.
Please also note that if you have purchased your ticket through an official reseller and NOT Success Resources directly, you will need to make yourself known to your specific reseller desk and not general registration.
All registration desks are located in the same space, a list of our official resellers can be found on the UPW London website.
Q: What do I need to bring to registration?
A: Everyone must bring their e-ticket along to registration; this is your entry into the event. Please print off your e-ticket and bring it along to the event. Alternatively, if you have a smartphone, you can show the e-ticket on your mobile screen, we will be able to scan the barcode off your phone. Please also bring along your government-issued photo ID, you will need to present this along with your ticket at registration.
Prior to the event you will also be sent a waiver form for the Firewalk on Thursday night. To speed things up for you at registration it's recommended that you read this form before arriving at the event. (We will send you a copy for you to review closer to the event). You will be asked to sign it before you can enter the event.
In summary, bring with you:
- Ticketed E-Ticket printed or on your smart phone
- Government-Issued Photo ID
- A pen to write in your notebook
Q: How do I get my course materials?
A: All of your course materials will be provided once you have completed registration, you will receive:
- Event workbook
- Wristband – this wristband is waterproof and must be worn throughout the 4 days of the event, this is your entry into the event.
- Name badge10% Discount Voucher for purchasing Tony Robbins products (Valid on Day 1 Only!).
Q: Is the seating individually allocated?
A: No, all seating is unreserved in all seating sections - you can sit anywhere you like within your specific ticket class seating section.
Q: I have booked a group of tickets, can we all sit together?
A: The seating is unreserved, you and your group will need to arrive early so you can try and get seats together.
Q: What if I arrive late, can I still register?
A: Yes you can, the registration desk will be open for the entire event, however, we strongly encourage you to get there as soon as you can as it will detract from your experience!
Q: I need special seating, can this be arranged?
A: Yes, we have allocated seating in each section for clients that need special attention. Please email us at upw.london@srglobal.com at your earliest convenience to inform us of your seating requirement. Once at the event, please come to the Customer Service Desk once you have registered and our team will be on-hand to support you!

Q: When will I receive my e-ticket?
A: All e-tickets are issued approximately 2 - 4 weeks prior to the event. Tickets will be emailed to each of the ticket holders. Each ticket holder must have a unique email address. If we do not have your details, we cannot send your ticket. Please ensure that you have submitted the unique details for each ticket holder (Full Name, Email, Phone Number)
Q: If I have bought more than one ticket, do I need to let Success Resources know who my guests are?
A: Yes, you do! We MUST receive the unique details of each of your ticket holders prior to the event – name, email, phone number and billing address. We will NOT be able to issue your tickets unless we have received this information, please send these details to upw.london@srglobal.com
Q: If my ticket holder changes how do I let Success Resources know?
A: You can let us know at upw.london@srglobal.com and is the exact same process as sending us any guest details – Full name, email address, contact telephone and billing address.
Q: Can I work out a payment plan?
A: Yes, payments plans are available and can be tailored to suit your needs. To find out what's best for you please call +44 (0) 203 141 7790.
Q: Can I purchase a single day ticket? "I think my friend can benefit from Day 3"
A: Although the event is likely to be sold out, tickets can be purchased at the venue throughout the event. However, there are no 'single day tickets' as such and a full event purchase must be made to gain entry.
Q: What are the event hours?
A: The times below for the seminar are approximate times only. Tony is committed to the highest standard of presentation and insists that all material is covered, therefore the schedule may vary.

Q: What should wear to the event?
A: Please dress in comfortable, casual clothing. Bring along a sweater or a jacket each day. At Tony's request, the temperature at the event hall can fluctuate from cool to warm. For the Firewalk on Thursday night, we suggest that you wear shoes that slip off easily and trousers that can be rolled up.
Q: Can I leave the venue during the event?
A: Yes, you can enter and exit as you please, we only ask you keep your wristband on, this gives you access in and out of the venue over the 4 days.
Q: Can I take photos or video or record any of the event?
A: Cameras and tape recorders of any type are not permitted inside the auditorium or in the Firewalk area. Taping or recording during any session is always prohibited.

Q: How many meal breaks are there each day?
A: Tony only breaks once a day. He has a lot of content to get through over the 4 days. You are welcome to leave the event room at any time to grab a snack. There are plenty of food facilities on-site. Please Note: Hot food and drinks are not permitted inside the event. Cold food and drinks are permitted.
Q: Are there eating places onsite at the venue?
A: Yes, the ExCeL has many food options on the main concourse where food and drink can be purchased, customers with and without dietary restrictions will be catered for! Please visit the ExCeL website below to see a comprehensive breakdown.

Q: Can I take food and drink inside the event?
A: Hot food and drinks are not permitted inside the event. Cold food and drinks are permitted.

Q: How can I get to the venue?

Car - Parking:
If you are driving to ExCeL, you can make use of the 3,070 parking spaces. Parking for up to 24 hours is £20 in the Orange car park (under the main venue) and the East car park (when in use). Parking in the Royal Victoria multi-story car park is £20 for up to 24 hours.
London Underground:
The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL London and the ICC. Alight at Canning Town station and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train, for the quick 2-stop journey to Custom House for ExCeL (West) or Prince Regent for ExCeL (East) and ICC London.

Q: Can I bring a friend into the Diamond & Solitaire Lounge who doesn't have a Diamond or Solitaire Ticket?
A: No, the Diamond & Solitaire Lounge is reserved for Platinum, Solitaire and Diamond guests only.
Q: What days are the meals provided in the Diamond & Solitaire Lounge?
A: Meals are provided on days 2, 3 & 4.
Q: What times are the meals?
A: The meal times vary each day. The staff in the lounge will give you estimated meal time but please note this is not confirmed and may change on the day.
Q: Is the Diamond & Solitaire Lounge open for the duration of the event?
A: Yes, the lounge is open for the duration of the event, you can enjoy the lounge benefits throughout each day of the event.
Q: What steps are taken regarding security at UPW?
A: To ensure the security of all our attendees, only authorised persons are permitted to enter the event. To this end, all persons and parcels will go through a security screening upon arrival at the event.
Also, all persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks at this entry point and also within the event.
Note that we reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into the event and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate.
PS: ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THEIR FULL DETAILS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE EVENT & UPON REGISTRATION MUST WEAR THE CORRECT CREDENTIALS FOR THE DURATION
Credentials and other entitlements are non-transferable and void if altered.
Q: Is there anything I can't bring in with me?

Please ensure you read the list as the venue is very strict and will not permit you entry with any items on this list.
Q: Can I be refused entry or asked to leave?
A: Yes, the UPW London 2019 Factsheet has a list of Prohibited Activities that may result in you not participating.
